Photo Friday: Sagrada Familia

The famous Sagrada Familia is a popular tourist hotspot in Barcelona, and well worth the visit. We got the audio guide while there, and it’s fascinating how much thought went into the building, with measurements being exact to get just the right kind of acoustics for the choir. Among the many in the building, there are two sets of similar windows, one with a blue theme (below) and one with a red theme. One represents water, and the other represents fire. Can you guess which is which?
Sag. Fam. windows stampAnd to be honest, even if these windows represented nothing I’d still like them, just because they’re pretty 🙂

Have a lovely weekend!

It’s a beautiful place. We visited it in 2008 and it was still under construction. Is it still happening?
